Coronavirus update for working with Antonoplos & Associates

New Client Consultations:
Antonoplos & Associates is now offering video conferencing through Zoom Video Conferencing for all new client consultations. 

We’ve extended office hours for video conferencing and now have hours on Saturday.

To Schedule a consultation please use the client portal or please feel free to call our office at 202-803-5676 and our client relations manager can schedule a video conference with one of our attorneys.

We still offer telephone consultation for those clients who prefer to speak with an attorney over the phone.

All retainer agreements will be sent to clients through our Docusign system to your email for electronic signature.

Your Legal Case:

Antonoplos & Associates staff and attorneys will be working remotely on an as-needed basis. Our existing technology platform is designed for remote work so we do not anticipate a substantial impact on our ability to represent clients. As the situation evolves we will make every effort to keep you informed.

Please feel free to use our video conferencing platform if you wish to schedule a meeting with your attorney. All in-office meetings with attorneys are suspended until the end of the quarantine period.

We will keep you posted on Court closures and other items that may affect your legal matter.  We are all in this together and together we will get through this challenging time.

Our Capacity and Staff:

We are seeing a dramatic increase in clients seeking estate planning and other legal services. If you are in need of estate planning or other legal services please use our online system to schedule a video consultation. We will make every effort to accommodate you.

We have extended office hours and are now open on Saturdays to accommodate the increase in client demand. While these are challenging times and there is a lot of uncertainty we will all get through this together.
